"I needed replacement of two old shower doors. Two of their folks came out (very nice people), measured it off and gave me a quote. They were similar price to another good vendor but their supplier offers a lifetime warranty on the glass doors, so I went with them. 50% deposit, 50% when the job is done. It took some time, but the doors came in and they came to install them. Same two guys. They removed the old metal enclosure, installed the new one, and unpacked the glass doors to hang them. As they were hanging them, they saw some small scratches on the glass of one of the doors. I might not have noticed the scratches, but their installers cared enough to tell me right away. Then they told the office and agreed to install the scratched ones so I would have my shower back and order new doors to replace them. They did not ask for more money. They told me and promised to make it right. This was not their fault. The doors were packed in heavy shipping boxes just like 1000 others. No way to know there was a problem. New doors came in today, and they called me at 8AM to say so. The same two guys arrived at 9:30. They had the doors installed in less than an hour, apologized for the inconvenience, cleaned up and left. Again, real nice guys. I would use this company again, and recommend them to anyone. They did the right thing at every step. The owner even told me on the phone that they started inspecting the doors when they come in from the factory. That has to take a lot of time. Give these folks a shot at your business. They are worth it."

"I hired Tinting Oregon to put tinting on every window in our townhome and they did an amazing job. It was quick, efficient and well done. I would definitely recommend them."

"Excellent work. On time. Excellent to talk to."

"If you are in need of the windows of your car, truck, home, office or pretty much anything made of glass Iâ d wager, it is in the highest regards I strongly recommend to you Gil Rosas and his company Ozone Window Films. Mr. Rosas recently film-tinted an ample amount of old single-pane window glass we wished to keep in place at our old home in North Salem and we couldnâ t be more pleased. His recommendations for materials were knowledgably presented and gratefully received. His awareness of and ability to employ on our behalf the latest in sun and heat blocking technologies were really quite surprising to us. His materials and labor were stunningly affordable. His services were delivered on time, on budget and without the slightest disruption to our busy schedules. And when a request for a follow-up visit to address several of the most minor aspects of the completed job was made, he was there the very next day to correct themâ ¦.and then apologetic for the necessity of the return visit for things that were absolutely not in his control. That alone was amazing to us! But enough: you get the drift! We remain profoundly impressed with the product, the service, the lifetime guarantee and as if not more importantly the man! If tinting of any ilk is your need or desire, Ozone Window Films is without peer! Hire them without the slightest reservationâ ¦.and with the same certainty you can rely on this recommendation being completely honest and legitimate."

"Communication was on point throughout the process. Very happy with my new window tint!"

"They did a good job and very professional."

"Greg did a professional job on replacing our large tempered glass window. He was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend him."

"Did a great job, and promised a lifetime warranty free parts and labor if any repairs were ever needed.  I did have a few occasions for repairs, got an appt not more than 1 week out and all was well.  One of the blinds broke last week, I stopped by to make an appt and was told that a service call was still free, but there is a separate "trip charge" of $50.  I can avoid that charge by bringing the blind by, but still a repair will take two weeks.  Without a blind in 90 degree weather on a western exposure window.
To make it worse, I just bought another blind from them in November 2013 and was promised the same free service for life - today they told me that the free service is for the first year, and then a $50 trip charge applies.  I am so very unhappy.

"Terry was very good, and the window looks great, I needed a double glass pane in a garden window replaced. The repair (with labor) was $224. That seemed high to me. I have no idea how much the glass vs labor cost, so it could be very fair. Quote and Invoice could be improved. Definitely would use again,"

"Andrew and Adam installed a product on the outside of my windows to protect my artificial lawn from melting and burning. Adam took the time to find a company that sold this special material ordered it and Andrew installed it. This was all done in a timely manner. They showed up on time and were very professional and I am very satisfied with their work and would use them again for any window tinting work."
