He was friendly, respectful or me, my cats, and everything in my house, cleaned up after himself, explained everything well, and even spent a few extra minutes talking to me about other products, and would have gladly kept going until I told him to go enjoy his family time. It's not as bold of a mirror effect outside as I expected, which is a good thing, because I was worried it would bounce the sun over to my neighbors across the street. I could not be more pleased. After such a great experience, I immediately requested and accepted a quote for my outside windows to be cleaned next week and I'm confident another great review awaits. "I needed a patio door set and a window that was over 9ft high, tinted to keep the sun from bleaching everything. John bought tint samples to my office for review and explained the difference in the tints in great detail. Not every company will go out of their way like that. When they came for the install, they were quick, clean and two of the nicest guys. Very professional and done within an hour. Windows look great!!
