"Branden came and surveyed the house and provided a quote the next day by email.  The quote was detailed and professional.  He was also responsible for scheduling the work, which occurred a within a week or two of the estimate.  The work had to be re-scheduled once because of weather.  
Branden and Michael arrived as scheduled, with a phone call ahead of time letting me know they were would be at the house as scheduled that day.  Working together they cleaned all of the windows, include several large pane windows, transoms and archway glass.  Both my wife and I could not believe how good the glass looked after they completed the work.
They both were very professional, nice, and courteous during the time they were here.  As they found issues (broken pane and or severe scratches) they made the time to make sure we know of the problems.
We have used some local cleaners in the past, those that say they will do all your windows for a certain price, and their work does not compare to the work of Branden and Mike's from Window Genie of Hoover.  
I had also asked for a quote on doing some spot cleaning of our gutters, and replacing spot lights that were nearly 30 feet high.  They took care of that work as well.
We were very impressed and will no doubt use Window Genie when we next clean our windows.
