"My home needed new gutters plus rain catchment installation and I tried Paradise Rain Gutters (via a Google search) and another company (recommended by a friend) and Marvis from Paradise Rain Gutters responded to my form submission within a couple of days. She sent her foreman out to check out the property for a free estimate and he was kind and extremely responsive. We have been wanting to install rain water catchments for years but we are not handy people. We have four different sets of gutters, so her foreman helped me problem solve the best way to maximize our catchment. I liked him a lot and Marvis responded with a quote quickly. We waited about a week to see if the other company would get back to us, but we never heard from them. It took my husband and I a little while to discuss the job, then I sent Marvis a detailed email with my concerns and clarifications. The quote didn't change at all, but she updated the invoice to include some clarifications and put us on the calendar for about a week out. The crew came on the day and due to having to move my garden on my lanai, they had to come back the next day. They did a great job with everything, including installing three different water barrels for three different gutters around the house. I honestly couldn't be happier! We still have two sets of gutters that they did not replace since the gutters still work, but as soon as they need replacing, I will be contacting Marvis again."

I told the installer what I needed & he explained what he thought caused the deterioration of the gutter section that needed replacing. He suggested a minor change to the installation that should help prevent it from reoccurring. I agreed and the result was excellent. "Very responsive. Did their proposal, once it was accepted completed the roof within two weeks. Only complaint that I have is that the truck that delivered the roofing materials was not very careful driving down the long driveway. He broke several tree branches along the way. Action Roofing paid to have the debris hauled away. Overall, I am very pleased with their service.

"Ollie and his helper did a fantastic job. They repaired double security screen doors that a supposedly licensed contractor installed. They took their time and got it right the first time. I'd hire them again if I ever need something else done around my house."
