"Twp days after the work was finished we saw that the clips from the old gutter could be seen from certain views the front of our house not apparent from all angles.  I called Matt distressed about the situation.  He assured me he would return to
remove them which he did within a few days - a job that took two men about 4 hours - at no charge.
We also added three 65 gallon rain  barrels which they hooked up for us and provided us with alternate downspouts
for the winter months.  I think the work looks very good and the experience was professional throughout.

"Had another contractor do some work on my soffit/gutters and they messed up my roof and it started leaking.  Called Willard and they were out very quickly to take a look.  Found a bunch of nail holes and cracks on my roof, but said the roof was in decent shape and probably had another year or two left on it.  Even mentioned that I could probably buy stuff at Home Depot and fix it myself since the damage wasn't that extensive.  I'd rather have a professional do it so for $300 they sent guys the next day to fill the nail holes and the cracks.  Quick and easy and roof stopped leaking!  Appreciated their honesty and when I do need to replace the roof will definitely have them on the top of my list."
