"My husband and I met with Blake on a Saturday morning to discuss having new gutters installed. Blake did a wonderful job of walking us through the product explaining how the gutters would move water away from the house. Blake was also able to apply for financing and we signed that afternoon. The gutters were installed the following Tuesday. They look great. The crew who installed the gutters were great. They were knowledgeable, worked quickly and efficiently. The job was completed in a few hours. Dylan, the project manager came by later to be certain we were pleased with the completed job. It looks great!"

"Came to do the gutters right away. Cleaned up the leaves and they were safe and diligent. Signed up for quarterly cleaning bc I liked them so much. Highly recommend"

"The first meeting with Mr. McDermott, the owner, was very pleasant.  There was no hard sell, just a presentation of his company's and his, qualifications, and the roofing replacement available. He was honest and readily answered any questions we had. My home, being a rancher with an attached oversized garage,is about 2x the sq. ft. of the usual 2-story home.  He said it would be completed in 1 day, and it was.  The crew arrived promptly, and worked without stop, except for lunch, for 11 1/2 hours. They were stripping the roof at 8:00 AM.  There was the additional problem of having to replace 12 sheets of plywood, so was expecting the job to run into the next work day, but it did not.  The crew was very polite and professional. A well oiled machine that wasted no time getting the job done in high heat and humidity...best time for roofing, but h****** the crew.  Upon completion of installing the new roof, they cleaned the area so well, that when they left, the only sign that they had even been here was my beautiful new roof.  I was impressed with the care they took not to damage plants and gutters, and with the way that they fitted the materials, including new plywood around my stone chimney,..no easy task.  It took two tries to get it right, and they went the extra mile to do so.  I would recommend this company for your roofing needs, and we will use them again for door replacement.  Very impressed with everyone involved, and have already recommended this company to a friend.."

"Complete Exteriors recently replaced the shingles on my townhouse in Gaithersburg, MD. I also hired them to replace our gutters and downspouts. The roof shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles and they look great. The Complete Exteriors crew arrived around 7 A.M. and they completed the job in less than one day (done before 3 P.M.). The crew supervisor kept me in the loop throughout the roof replacement process and frequently showed me close-up pictures of the work being done on the roof. Their price for the roofing work was excellent (I got eight bids, and their price was the best by far for the roofing job). The gutters and downspouts were replaced the next day. Complete Exteriors subcontracted this work to another vendor, which also did good work. In retrospect, I may have divided the contract into two jobs, solely because the price from Complete Exteriors was not the lowest bid I received for the gutters and downspouts. However, their overall combined price for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts was at least $500 lower than any other bid I received. Another reason I gave them both contracts was to simplify the contracting process, as I wanted one company to be responsible for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by Complete Exteriors' roofing crew and by the subcontractor they hired that installed the new gutters and downspouts, and I highly recommend Complete Exteriors."

"Well my customer service experience with Champion was not very great. I had a 10:30 am scheduled appointment to have my gutters cleaned on Friday April 28, 2017. By 11:00 am I still didn't hear anything from a Champion representative. A Home Advisor associate called to ask how my project was going and I explained to her that I hadn't yet heard from anyone at Champion. After intervention by the Home Advisor associate, a representative from Champion contacted me 15 minutes later to tell me my scheduled appointment was delayed because the worker was working on another job that ran over the scheduled time due to roofing issues. While that is certainly understandable, a phone call without Home Advisor intervention would have been the proper and professional thing to do on behalf of a potential customer. After telling the representative I had to leave at 2:30 pm, I was assured that I didn't have to be home for them to clean my gutters and seal and fill whatever issues on my roof which were minimal. The worker finally arrived after I had left and provided pictures via cell phone of the work performed on the roof. I authorized the job remotely that needed to be done but I was clearly robbed of a great customer service experience. As a customer service manager for 15 years now, I can honestly say this was truly an epic fail in terms of providing a great experience worthy of a return service with Champion. To add insult to injury, I have not heard back from them after the job was told to me to have been completed and a sign left on my yard. I think I have provided enough feedback to inform others to gather more information and estimates before deciding on using Champion."
