"The crew showed up on time each day, were very good about cleaning up during the process, and were both courteous and professional. They did take longer than expected to complete the job (2 1/2 days), but my roof is very unusual, and required lots of shingle trimming. They also corrected some sloppy work done by the previous roofer around the chimney, and added a couple pieces of sheeting, but didn't charge me anything extra. Once they were done, they did an exceptional job of cleaning up. If they grass hadn't been matted down by the tarps, which was expected, I'd never have known they were in my yard. "We are so happy that we went with a local company for our hail damaged roof replacement. From the time we met with Rob, the owner, until our roof replacement was complete was one week. His crew was very nice, respectful, efficient and receptive to my observations / requests. I watched the entire tear off and most of the install and had absolutely no complaints about the manner in which the crew worked. They worked very hard and were very meticulous in their clean-up. We enjoy and maintain the gardens and flower beds around our house and had absolutely no complaints with how they treated our property. There were anywhere from 12-15 workers at any point in time on our roof (house and garage). Although Rob was not on scene for his crew’s work, he was reachable by phone/text all the time and immediately responded to my texts regarding a couple areas I asked to be addressed, even sending a couple crew members out on a Sunday to touch up a cosmetic issue. While we are still waiting for the downspouts and gutter guards to be replaced we now have a 25 year transferable warranty on our roof and their work completely stopped a leak we had been trying to fix for 2 years. "I wanted to avoid having several differnet companies come through after purchasing a home.  I went with Sears Home Services because the prices were compatible and the ratings were good.  The A/C units were service on one day and the duct cleaning was performed the next week.  The A/C technician was extremely professional and explained exactly what was being done during each step.  One of the units was slightly overcharged so he recovered a little of it to put it in optimal range. 
The duct cleaning crew was very professional and performed the service fairly quickly.  The A/C duct cleaning was a little expensive but convenient due to having everything done at once.  They did miss a little of the cleanup but it was easily vacuumed.  The dryer vent cleaning was excellent.  I had already known there was a blockage in the pipe and they were very efficient in unblocking it and making sure it was clear.
