He came back a few years later when we had a clogged gutter, he explained that the leaves were blocking the drain spout. We then agreed to get the guards installed. That's too bad, for I felt they were very trustworthy, in that, in spite of some ceiling water damage I have, the inspector concluded that my roof is okay. The water damage was most likely caused by an ice dam in my gutters last winter. 
 
I had asked them for an estimate for a better gutter system (either installing screens or an entirely new system) as well as solar-powered roof fans to replace my current generic outlets. 
 
I can only guess that they aren't really interested in that kind of work, and must prefer to only follow through with total roof replacements.
I get that. But, their failure to communicate that, especially after the salesman took measurements and said he would get back to me, keeps me from being able to give them perfect scores. 
 
I would definitely recommend them for a roof inspection, however.
