The other company I looked at was very quick to give me a quote to replace all of the gutters but slowed down real fast when I asked about just cleaning and repairing what I have. We were doing a remodeling job at our home on the Cape.  The GC could not finish the job and we were in a bind to get the house to occupancy.  We were given Advanced Gutter Systems card from a contractor in the area along with a good reference.  We do not live on the Cape so needed to trust that the work would be done appropriately and timely until we could see it.  The work was done very quickly and was done at or above code satisfaction.  We later needed some basement ceiling insulation done. It was a difficult job because it was a sandy, crawl space.  Once again, Advanced Gutter Services came through.  Not only was the total cost(s) very reasonable, the response time and communication was excellent.  We would receive pictures via text message as the work was progressing, through completion.  Though the specialty is gutter systems, Advanced Gutter Services did the insulation and we would venture to say, would do other home improvement and repairs as well.  Excellent work and service.  Highly recommended. Definitely a keeper for future work on our home.

"I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

They assigned different contractors to do the construction work. One of the contractors said that the job was too big and that they could not do it, which was fine. I respect that. The secretary stated that she would try to find other contractors to do the job. The owner came and walked through the house and we spoke about what needed to be done in the house. I did not feel confident in his contractor because he seemed that he did not know what he was doing. I wanted him to do one specific thing. The owner wanted to take down the whole wall. I just wanted to reopen a small section. I started to feel like they were pushing me. For those reasons I felt uncomfortable and did not go with them. The quote was detailed.
