"I had a dehumidifier installed with a condensation pump yesterday by Quality First Basement Systems. The crew, lead by Juan Garcia, was great. They were professional, knowledgeable and neat. I asked Juan and his crew a bunch of questions about the installation, and they patiently answered every one. Juan also pointed out the various options on where to place the dehumidifier, and his top suggestion made the most sense. Shows a real willingness to work with the customer and knowledge of his products and the proper installation. 
I also had vent covers installed on the crawl space vents. Again a very neat and thorough job.
