"Everything went extremely well! We simultaneously had our house trim painted, so Mike (Grand Gutters employee) was able to remove the old gutters before the painters got to work. This was much more difficult than anticipated, but they did the job without complaint or extra charge (which was much appreciated). Once the house was painted, John (the owner) came back to install the new gutters. He also painted and installed downspout leader boxes and decorative brackets. Overall, he was very professional and kept me up to date during the installation. We highly recommend Grand Gutter and would work with them again!

Everything was absolutely perfect!

We received estimates from 4 different companies and Tim was by far the most responsive of the other companies.  Throughout the entire process Tim and his crew had great communication with us.  On top of very prompt service, the quality of the products from our different quotes varied and Minnesota Leafless Gutters, LLC, in my opinion, had a more durable and seemingly longer lasting feel.  We have a yard with lots of mature trees and we are looking forward to the leafless gutter system and reducing the time and effort to clean our gutters!  With other companies, we compared the leafless options and the other ones just seemed cheap and frankly not up to the task of Minnesota weather over the long-term.  We have had our gutters on for a couple weeks and with some hard rains and the gutters have performed exceptional, without any issues.

Tim and his crew worked very efficiently and did an overall great job.  They also did a very thorough clean-up afterwards.  We have gotten multiple compliments from our neighbors on how good the gutters look.

I have recommended Tim and Minnesota Leafless Gutters to some of my neighbors already and I would recommend them to anyone.  The quote and ultimate price we paid was not the cheapest quote we received, but we wanted a better quality and better finished product and I wholly and honestly believe that we received that with our gutter system

"The work was extensive, and took over two weeks, but was well worth the time.  The house looks new, and is well-protected from the elements.  The areas already in bad shape from the rotting siding were cleaned up and repaired.  I had maybe a half-dozen estimates during the five years I'd lived in the house.  This estimate was a full 2/3 percent lower than the highest estimate.  I was never high-pressured into buying materials and services I couldn't afford.  I was allowed time to get financing and take a long look at my finances. I feel Adrian really heard me when I explained what I needed and wanted, and didn't pressure me at any time. 
The carpenter who did the work was respectful and took care not to let my dogs out.   I was at work the entire time he was at my house, and never had any issues.  His abilities were amazing!
