"They are WONDERFUL. From start to finish, Zach and his guys were wonderful. We signed the contract in late fall of 2017. They came out this week and were finished in a day in a half. We have a large roof with high peaks, several valleys, and two places it's very steep. They had a huge crew, each doing something different. They worked well together and worked efficiently. I'm not kidding when I say, our yard is cleaner now than when they started and the roof looks WONDERFUL. I cannot tell you how happy Brad and I are. "Initially, it was thought that maybe just a few support beams were water damaged - but after additional and detailed review, there were many areas of my porch that were weakened and the entire floor did not have a good support structure.  Bob was able to accurately find all the issues.  It was a big enough job to remove the entire porch floor, re-enforce the support structure and replace the wood porch planking that a building permit was needed.  The city wanted to "OK" any plans by Bob to repair the porch adequately (& up to code).  Bob was fantastic when working with the City - and after a few different plans and drawings were submitted and reviewed, a plan was agreed upon by myself , Bob, and the City.  The porch floor was removed - six new footings were dug and poured, new support beams inserted, and new floor replaced.  This was an excellent job, Bob was easy to work with, and kept me appraised of his progress.  In addition, I was out-of-town for approx one-half of the work time, so Bob made sure I was aware of all and any issues by emailing me photos and video of my project - as it progressed!  This was great and afforded me wondedrfil piece-of-mind.  Bob is highly recommended and I will be employing him again for other projects !
