"Family owned company that is very easy to work with. They took off old roof and gutters and had new roof and the correct size gutters on my house in two days. I am very pleased. The foreman was reachable and easy to talk to. The two man crew that worked on the house were very nice. I would recommend this company to family and friends. It is funny, the next night after they had finished it rained. It sounded strange so I went out to look. I had to laugh because it sounded strange because the down spouts and gutters were correct size for a metal roof, unlike my previous ones and installed correctly unlike my old ones. That is why it sounded different because all the water coming off roof stayed in the gutters instead of over flowing like my old ones did. "This has been one of the best experiences we've had when dealing with home repair/improvement in 61 years!! The sales rep explained everything to us about the gutter guards and gutters in general. The price was much more reasonable than we expected. In fact, we got a quote from another company earlier that was so expensive-we decided to not install gutter protection at all!! But we kept our appointment with LeafBusters and so glad we did. We also got a price from them on a much needed downspout on one gutter end of our garage and had LeafBusters install that as well. We got a two hour window of when the installers were coming and they arrived 45 minutes early! Nobody does that!! They explained what they were going to do-kept us informed as they worked-took pictures so we can see the gutter guards around our home and garage. Our gutters never looked so good. The installers cleaned up so you didn't even know they were there! They, as well as the sales rep, told us to call anytime if there is any issue! "The job went very well. The price was very reasonable, and my lowest estimate. Additional expenses popped up, but they were to be expected with the amount of woodwork repair. The wood repair was excellent and thorough, taking care of animal nibbling and rotted pieces. The paint crew moved through pretty quick and touch-ups were necessary, but Eric listened to my concerns and came back several times until the job was satisfactory. Erica and Gretchen helped me pick paint colors, and suggested a satin finish which looks incredible. The gutters were placed quickly, but also needed some corrections which Eric discovered and addressed quickly. The roof took two days and that crew was fantastic. I made them stop early at night because of my kids sleeping and that was not an issue. I was given many different samples, from several lines of shingles, to help the decision for type and style. It was very pleasant working with Maximus Contracting and Eric was responsive and punctual. Gretchen was helpful and pleasant. They made efforts to keep our backyard free of nails and debris so the kids could play. A job well done!

"Caliper Construction was very timely in providing a written estimate for the work. They were very helpful in assisting in obtaining financing for the project. They worked diligenently with my old insurance company due to hail and wind damage but was not successful in convincing them to assist in the cost of replacement.

Caliber arrived on site at the scheduled start time. By the end of the first day the old roof was stripped, and 3/4 of the new shingles were installed. By 10:00 the next day the roofing was completed.

It took Caliber one day to replace the gutters on the entire house.

Additionally they painted the ceiling in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked as an integral part of the project.

I was very impressed with Calibers professionalism and work ethics. Lenard and Cassandra did a remarkable job through the entire project.

The gutters, along with the leaf-relief system, also look wonderful. The owner Paul and his office staff were extremely responsive and helpful. The guttering workers were quite good - they get a B+ for clean-up, as I have found some pieces and small parts in the yard after they were done. Overall the experience was awesome."
