The price was much more reasonable than we expected. In fact, we got a quote from another company earlier that was so expensive-we decided to not install gutter protection at all!! "Eric was great; he came out and actually measured the area in need of repair, giving a very accurate estimate for the project.  He even came back to the house when rain interfered with getting on the roof.  Even with the spring storms he was able to have my project completed within the time frame he initially gave.  My wife and I are very impressed with the work and the house looks much better.  He even added trim to areas along the roof that previously did not have trim; which balances the look of the house. We already had a painter working on the house and getting the wood work completed in such a timely manner was very helpful.

"Caliper Construction was very timely in providing a written estimate for the work. They were very helpful in assisting in obtaining financing for the project. They worked diligenently with my old insurance company due to hail and wind damage but was not successful in convincing them to assist in the cost of replacement.

Caliber arrived on site at the scheduled start time. By the end of the first day the old roof was stripped, and 3/4 of the new shingles were installed. By 10:00 the next day the roofing was completed.

It took Caliber one day to replace the gutters on the entire house.

Additionally they painted the ceiling in the kitchen where the old roof had leaked as an integral part of the project.

I was very impressed with Calibers professionalism and work ethics. Lenard and Cassandra did a remarkable job through the entire project.
