I called for a quote on gutters for my house and the very next day they were out to check out the project. Within minutes of them leaving I had an email waiting for me with a reasonable quote. I approved the quote and they called me the begining of the week to schedule a time to install the gutters. I had requested they give me the weekend to paint the Fascia on my house. They said they can come out Monday of next week. I had mentioned I was hoping they could do it sooner. They quickly responded with let me make a couple calls. Then covered all soffit and fascia areas with metal and installed seamless gutters where appropriate. The staff arrived as stated. "Mike and his crew showed up on time and fixed the fascia, the gutters and the pool enclosure. There was a lot of small jobs and rotted wood that Mike saw, after he opened everything up, that were unanticipated. He fixed everything and did not charge extra for the added work. It was so refreshing to not have nickel and dime expenses added to the final bill. I noticed that some of Home ResQ’s customers gave them poor ratings because they took longer than expected to finish the work. They did take one day longer than they said, but it had also rained every day for the past two weeks. So, I’m not going penalize them for it. Also, as I said, there was a lot of unexpected work necessary to correct the problems. In my humble opinion, these folks are the real deal. They gave an honest estimate before work began and they were meticulous with the repairs. I have no reservations in recommending this company."
