David acted as the general contractor, hiring engineers, electrician, crane operators, etc. His operation was flawless despite several unforeseen challenges, which he spent extra time and energy resolving himself. He even took extra work not included in original agreement staying late to finish them after his team had gone home. Even after the job was finished and paid for, he provided a detailed report with recommendations for other concerns he noticed on our rooftop. Scott and his crew came in and worked for 3 full days removing trees, weeding beds, trimming branches and taking all the rubbish away to make our space look amazing. The team could not have been a better example of hard work and pride in their craft. Early in the bidding, I tried to cheap out and have him just weed whack the weeds and he explained how they would grow right back and it’s worth it to have them take the time to remove everything the right way. I took his recommendation and so glad we did. I didn’t know backyard dirt could look that sexy! We were quick to find other projects for the team so we had a reason to bring him back and this week they are coming back to install French drain and gutter drainage pipes.
