"They did the work around labor day.  They started earlier than they had estimated earlier - which I liked.  They finished on the day that they had thought was likely.  In order to finish on time, they even worked a few hours on labor day.  There was a small detail left to do at the end, but after just one phone call, that was promptly taken care of.

They really seem to understand gutters.  They changed the pattern in which gutters are arranged in trouble spots around the house, explaining first why these had been trouble spots.  Not only do the gutters work now, they also look better.

They were very careful to replace the squirrel control stuff that we had in place, so that we don't expect to get a squirrel problem again (as we did after the house was painted by a different company some time ago).
