John was very quick to respond to our call ... and a pleasure to be around during the efforts to repair the roof.
The repair occurred over two visits ... in between severe storms.  Based on my previous knowledge of what work had been done on the roof and John's examination, we thought the initial fix was all that was necessary to seal off the leak.  John wrapped up the treatment just as heavy rains began to drop.
Unfortunately, the initial repair did not address the problem ... and John was quick to return (as soon as the weather allowed).  Over the course of several hours he aggressively pursued the "right" solution ... and I now have a leak proof roof.
What I enjoyed the most was John's perseverance and patience (especially with me and all my questions).  Southern Grace Exteriors will be my first call for any further repair ... and roof replacement.
Note the cost of repair ... I really feel I got my money's worth ... and have all the confidence in the world that my roof is secure.
By the way, I did call another roofing company ... even closer than John and Souther Grace Exteriors ... my call was not returned.
