"NTM team did great job replacing vent flashings and cleaning gutters. The task was completed day after I contacted them (big plus here, since I noticed that the gutters are overflowing in few places and the weather forecast predicted more rain). They spent a lot of extra time inspecting whole roof and chimney, pointed out possible issues without being pushy, answered in detail all my questions a lot.
