That's too bad, for I felt they were very trustworthy, in that, in spite of some ceiling water damage I have, the inspector concluded that my roof is okay. The water damage was most likely caused by an ice dam in my gutters last winter. 
 
I had asked them for an estimate for a better gutter system (either installing screens or an entirely new system) as well as solar-powered roof fans to replace my current generic outlets. 
 
I can only guess that they aren't really interested in that kind of work, and must prefer to only follow through with total roof replacements.
I get that. But, their failure to communicate that, especially after the salesman took measurements and said he would get back to me, keeps me from being able to give them perfect scores. 
 
I would definitely recommend them for a roof inspection, however.

If the is not done 110% perfect then for him it’s not done right and that means the job is not finished. Oh and if he tells u he will do something and that he will do it 100% the right way then u can take those words to the bank and know that the job will be done right the first time. If he gives u a time frame on a job u can trust that he will do everything in his power to make sure that the job is completed in that time frame. Mike is highly recommend by a lot of people in multiple states. The pictures with the latter’s is the last gutter job that I help him on which was on a 2 story house with a little extra facia work for the front gutters.
