"After my initial call, a salesman came to the house to show me options He was spot on time for the appointment and called beforehand to confirm. I liked what he showed me, he measured the windows and gave me a price. The price was right, I felt, and I signed a contract to go ahead. A few days later a man came to measure the old windows as the new windows were custom made. About a week later I received a call that my windows were in and we made an appointment for their installation. The crews were not only on time for appointments, they were in every case about 15 minutes early. They were quiet, polite and very respectful of my home. No blaring radios! At the end of the day they cleaned up and carted away any debris from their work. I had worried about the bay window being tied into the house, but the guys figured it out and the work on that particular window was completed in 2 days. I can't praise this company enough.
