"A young guy came out and looked at my roof.  He was only up there a short time.  He came down and informed me that I need a new roof.  He also informed that he sealed areas that needed it.  I found it odd that he would not make eye contact with me. I had another company come out the same day.  They said I do not need a new roof and no one had sealed anything on my roof.  The roof is only 3 years old and the 2nd company that came out said this is completey repairable."

"I purchased a $99.00 Big Deal for 3 Shimy's Home Maintenance and Repairs. Mike, owner of 3 Shimmy's, called the day before to reconfirm time (I liked that!). He was very punctual and professional in his service and pleasant.   I was very pleased with his knowledge. He did bath tub  fixtures replacement.  While working on the tub fixtures he showed me that daylight behind the tub could be seen at ground level,which astounded me.  He went outside to check the wall and found not 1 but 3 holes hidden from view at the base of my exterior walls (no wonder I've had cricket problems).  He repaired the wall with plaster.   My gutter was leaking , he sealed the leaks and realigned the drain spout.  Later he repaired my front door security screen. There were numerous small repairs inside the house that he addressed for me.  In discussing other issues with Mike he clearly has the knowledge to do more  work for me so have asked for an estimate on some future work.  This was a very productive service call from a very competent Handyman.
