I cannot say enough good things about James Townsley.   He was very responsive in scheduling his appointment with me, and he arrived at the appointed time.  He examined my roof thoroughly and performed the minor roof sealing we had contracted for. He very clearly told me what repairs he felt my roof needed, and within a week he provided me with a written quote for the necessary roofing work he suggested.  My roof cupola top had also blown off during a recent storm, and while he was on my roof he replaced and secured the roof cupola top for me at no extra charge.
