(I am looking to have roof work done, but purposely left out the reason for my call.) It was a test -would they think I am calling to complain about an issue and not return my call? However, a longer **drip shield** was needed, which was not mentioned or installed. George states this is not part of the gutter, so they created a solution. He offered to come back and fix the problem (for free), but it has been 3 months and I have still got brand new leaky gutters."

Only issue is that they underestimated the replacement of one downspout which quite frankly went down underground through my deck. Together, though, we deemed that it was not compromised; & subsequent rain storms have proven that this assessment was accurate. They promptly adjusted the charges to remove those anticipated materials and labor charges. Very happy with this company. Would gladly work with them again on future related types of projects!"
