"#1 Gutter Cleaning came on time and did the job as expected. I will use them again."

"Pricey. We paid 8000 for 53 ft of gutter cover. Transferable Lifetime guarantee and the covers can be moved to new gutters if we replace the gutters. So I think it is worth it."

"OMG! Can you say knowledgeable and professional wrapped in one? Every issue with my gutter was addressed, repaired, pictures provided, and explained. I will use him next year as LeafFitters only cover the gutters. Home IQ is Masters when it comes to gutters."

"We had some shingles along one side of the roof that were starting to lift, and the gutter below that area had also been giving us problems whenever it rained heavily. Royal Renovators Inc. checked everything out and explained that the roof itself was still in decent shape, so we didn?t need to turn it into a much bigger project. They replaced the damaged shingles and worked on the gutter so it was pitched and draining properly again. I appreciated that they focused on what actually needed attention instead of trying to sell us a completely new roof. The crew worked pretty quickly and cleaned up well afterward. We?ve had a couple of good rains since then and the gutter is finally draining the way it should, with no issues from the repaired section of the roof. Very happy with how it turned out."

"Ahmed came to my home and determined the amount of work needed to repair parts of my gutter system as well as the cleaning of the entire gutter system. Ahmed explained what he was going to do, he is an excellent efficient worker. I am very satisfied with his service. Thank you Ahmed."

"I had a dehumidifier installed with a condensation pump yesterday by Quality First Basement Systems. The crew, lead by Juan Garcia, was great. They were professional, knowledgeable and neat. I asked Juan and his crew a bunch of questions about the installation, and they patiently answered every one. Juan also pointed out the various options on where to place the dehumidifier, and his top suggestion made the most sense. Shows a real willingness to work with the customer and knowledge of his products and the proper installation.
I also had vent covers installed on the crawl space vents. Again a very neat and thorough job.
Quality First came highly recommended by my house inspector who is a structural engineer, and I'm glad I choose them to do the work.
Ken Peare was my salesman / consultant. He was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and pointed out the same issues as my house inspector.
Meet with these guys before doing any basement waterproofing / mitigation work. You will not be sorry.

"Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Explained everything in detail that would need to get done. my gutter and soffit needed extensive repairs. Four years ago, a different contractor came out, charged me a lot of money for a job that two days later looked as if it had never been repaired. JP repaired, reframed and restored it. We are very pleased, would hire them again and recommend as well."
