"He was a find.He assembled 2 wardrobes, painted our dining room, power washed our garage and organized it,cut our large lawn and trimmed a number of trees. Also he hung new light fixtures.anyone would be lucky to get him."

"Adam and his guys have been available for small and quite large projects and always pleased to be of service. Have recommended them to a number of friends. He’s done everything from painting and repairs to helping clean out my unwanted items when I moved recently. Actually I called him for everything and anything that needs help around my condo for nearly 8 years. The best, and neatest ever! Carolyn."

"We hired Talal of Golden Handyman LLC for a bathroom remodel, replacement of a water-damaged kitchen floor and cabinet, and numerous repairs throughout our condo. Talal and his assistant, Amar, did beautiful work. They carefully sealed the kitchen with heavy plastic and created negative pressure vented outside to keep dust and debris from spreading. The bathroom was completely transformed: they removed a large Jacuzzi tub, added shower plumbing, installed a FlexStone surround, marble transition, fixtures, safety bars and an exhaust fan, and repaired and painted the walls and ceiling. The kitchen floor was extremely difficult because excessive adhesive had to be scraped and ground from the concrete, yet the finished floor looks flawless. They also repaired drywall, ceilings, windows and screens, updated GFCI outlets, and installed new kitchen hardware. Talal was professional, resourceful and meticulous, while Amar was hardworking and attentive to detail. I highly recommend them!!"

"Nicolas was extremely helpful and very nice to me and my roommate. I will hire him again."

"I would highly recommend Monthly Upkeep to anyone who is looking for a handyman to do any jobs big or small. I dealt with Spensir and he was very professional and upbeat He did a superior job replacing GFI outlets. He was very accommodating and did the job in a timely matter. This company came highly recommended from a friend and I am glad we went with them. Its not easy finding someone dependable to do work for you but Monthly Upkeep impressed me. I will continue to use them for all of my big and small jobs. So, if you are looking for a reliable handyman service, search no more as Monthly Upkeep beats them all!"

"I have been extremely pleased with this company! I had initially hired the company for a deep clean. The work was done so well that I went back to them for a regular biweekly service (approx. 2,800 sq. ft with a pet). The ladies are very pleasant, reliable and thorough. On the occasions that I've been home, I've noticed that they NEVER stop working!
