From the start Shane was responsive and receptive to my precautions for COVID and agreed to do a virtual walkthrough of our home over zoom for the initial consultation and then was able to provider a very detailed and thorough estimate and answered all our questions. He was always definitive when providing recommendations for how to best baby proof our space, but never pushy when we decided on a course of action that best suited our needs. Installation went just as smooth when the day came, and everything was installed very well and with no fuss, even figuring out alternative solutions to a couple tricky spots once he was on site, and accommodating us adding in a couple extra items last minute. Prices were very reasonable; Shane was always responsive, timely, and professional; and the finished work is great. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly. Luke took the time to discuss the project daily with me and reviewed their progress/plans. There were no hidden costs and Luke also made sure he and his team met their deadline.
