Once the chair was put together & plugged in, Mr Eiland had me sit in the recliner so I would know how the chair operates in each mode (reclining, standing up, heat, massage, etc). He was here within my given time frame & finished the job within an hour or so. They cleaned up afterwards & pitched all scrapes & box materials into our dumpster.
