"Pro responded to my enquiry in just a few minutes of my contact via telecon after my posting of the project to Angie's listing on Wednesday afternoon November 26, 2025. She introduced herself and verified she had the skills and experience necessary to complete my job in a timely, cost effective and professional manner at a time of my choosing and the installation methods required. We agreed upon a time of 9:00 A.M. Friday morning November 28, 2025. On November 28, 2025 She called just prior to this scheduled time to confirm the project was still required and that she was on her way and arrived at the designated time. She fully described that she was cognizant of the equipment to be installed and proceeded forward accordingly. Installation was completed in a very clean, tidy, timely and professional manner. Price was very good and as quoted. Operation test was performed to ensure all aspects of the equipment and services performed were functional as required. Excellent performance."
