From the start Shane was responsive and receptive to my precautions for COVID and agreed to do a virtual walkthrough of our home over zoom for the initial consultation and then was able to provider a very detailed and thorough estimate and answered all our questions. He was always definitive when providing recommendations for how to best baby proof our space, but never pushy when we decided on a course of action that best suited our needs. If CHW had only found Eugene 2 months earlier when Claim initiated instead of wasting time with the 1st 2 no-show technicians, B. offers for me to find and pay for service on my own. The requirements to take pictures and submit detailed descriptions of work estimated to get approved before getting okay to start. C. The 5 contacted refused to do that. D. The result of this terrible service by CHW was the cancellation entirely of our Georgia home 6 year policy and decrease the Oregon 6 year policy to only one year. E. Despite how badly CHW handled this Claim, Eugene Handyman LLC was everything one could expect from a service technician, and we expected this type of service from CHW from the beginning."
