"I only spoke with Mr Walker. However, he communicated with me very clearly & kindly. He gave me an idea on how to go about steps that I needed to take upon calling him and making appt. Specified the required work that needed to be completed before he began his part. He is upfront about meeting me and seeing what projects need to be done and is very clear on no one should pay anything until certain requirements are met . I enjoyed our talk about the steps that needed to be taken."

"Austin was very polite and professional. I had a partial fence installed, storage shed roof and gable repaired, and front of primary house painted. Austin made us aware of active termites in the storage shed and continued to ask if we were pleased throughout the project. He removed all debris from the project before leaving. I would recommend getting requirements in writing early before starting the project rather than the day before so all parties clearly understand the statement of work discussed during the original walk through. There were a few misunderstandings about what would be painted, rotten wood replaced, and placement of the fence but Austin quickly took care of concerns. I purchased all requested materials but had to return a lot of excess. I felt it was necessary to wash down wood before painting and completed this myself. My overall experience was acceptable for these small jobs. He is a young entrepreneur and will excel in this business. I would use again and recommend his service. We are working with him on an estimate for another project."

To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
