I had spend over an hour on the phone with him just learning about the products/services as well as learning about safety hazards, he was very informative. When Shane came to do the installation he was very personable and efficient. I will definitely have Shane do some more baby proofing in the future. We do feel a lot better about the safety of our daughter now that Shane has gone through and baby proofed it; so far he has installed a baby gate, door stoppers, closet fasteners, power strip container, locks on the cabinets, and fastened furniture to the walls.
