"Dave Smith maintained good communication with me throughout the process. He's a reasonably priced professional.I hired him to soft wash my house and power wash the driveway/walkways.He was punctual and came fully equipped. Dave worked to address all of my concerns. He stated I want you to be completely satisfied, not just settle. He regularly asked me if any areas were not satisfactory. He quickly rewashed a couple of sections I pointed out to him. Dave strives to totally please his clients. He picked up after himself and left my house, driveway, and sidewalks looking new. I will surely hire him again for future projects. I definitely recommend company Your Local Your Local Handyman Service LLC Handyman Services to anyone looking to shorten their Honey-Do list."

"David earned my trust, which is hard to do. I do not even ask for estimates now as I know he will be fair, and deserves what he charges, especially for the quality work he does. Heâ s a perfectionist. Quite frankly, I think he should charge more. His work is amazing! Seriously, Iâ ve not seen better. Trustworthy, honest, fair, talented, perfectionist, kind."

"I have found my “go to” company for most any handyman or home remodeling work. My wife was getting some materials to replace a kitchen faucet at one the hardware stores. That also included a kitchen cabinet base board that was too big to fit in her car. Tim Aiken was very nice and offered to drive it over to our home for her. As the project then turned into a point where we needed a little help, Aiken Remodeling was of course the first name on my mind. Tim and his partner/brother Sean came in to help us not only replace that kitchen faucet, but then also a bathroom faucet, and a toilet. During the whole thing they made a few runs to the hardware store to get miscellaneous small parts too. All said and done, they spent a lot more time here than they actually charged us for. They gave us a great deal, were very clean, professional, and did a great job. I already have a few projects in mind that I’ll be calling them again for, very soon."
