After reading that review, I realized that this was someone who didn't understand the process of construction and repairs and most likely tends to complain frequently. It was the only negative review so I took a chance and hired Andrew. I am so glad I did. Andrew was so easy to work with. I own this rental home, but live 2,600 miles away.
