"Initially, it seemed to be a “GOOD FIT”. Juan seemed to understand the need to get the quote for the INSURANCE CLAIM generated so the adjuster would understand that certain items were IMMEDIATE needs and others were more intricate, but EQUALLY important! I HAD TO HAVE A MAILBOX REINSTALLED ASAP and the Postal Service DID NOT HOLD BACK! (The letter carrier even had the nerve to DELIBERATELY start leaving my mail in the neighbor’s mailboxes!) Hearing about my dilemma, Juan quoted a price & I agreed. He REITERATED THE SAME FIRM PRICE - SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE 6 DAYS I WAITED FOR THE MAILBOX TO ARRIVE, NEVER CHANGING! The day of the actual work, he arrived WITH AN ASSISTANT, and UPON COMPLETION THE PRICE INCREASED $100.00 and he INSISTS HE THOUGHT I UNDERSTOOD THAT THE QUOTE WAS FOR “LABOR ONLY” and MATERIALS were now a factor! We had more work we needed Juan to consider BEFORE the holidays, at several of our homes AND mine, but that will DEFINITELY not happen now!"

Hello, My name is Jacob Stevens I run a few businesses and the best way to describe my main job is inventor/scientist as my main job. I got into this because I kept helping people with handy man like tasks and decided I might as well do it as a side thing. Handyman tasks are something I generally enjoy doing and seems to be needed in our area. I am very detailed oriented and can solve any problems given enough time and budget. When given a task I prefer to do It fast and efficient before moving on to another task but I am able to multitask very well. Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a great day.
To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
