"they said they were going to show up Monday at 9am, after a brief delay not due to them they were here shortly after. he looked at the door and said it wasn't a problem. he proceeded to the store at which he called and stated that he could just get the hinges instead of the whole door and hardware. of course I agreed resulting in saving money. once he returned the door was fixed in a short amount of time. very polite and professional. would definitely use Edgyver again if I have any more handyman projects. thank you to them for doing a great job."

"I contacted Jeff to do a power wash job on the exterior of my house. It was Jeffâs second visit to my place. I hired him again because he was dependable and professional. Jeff was very prompt and did an excellent job. He was also asked to power wash and water seal both deck and water pump wooden cover. I strongly recommend that you hire for any kind of handyman jobs. He is on my Favorite Pro list!"

"Laverne took great care in the projects we were in need of. He was on-time and very diverse in his capabilities. One of the projects he performed while here was a Custom Doggie Door <see pic> that allows our dog to enter and exit the patio deck . Works great! We have a couple more projects we'll need Lavern to do and look forward to having him out again. Definitely highly recommend!"

"Aaron was awesome. He came out right away and replaced all the flood light fixtures for a great price. I tried to do this myself, but the screws were rusted in the old lights and I could not get them off. Aaron addressed this quickly and the new ones look great. We will use him again for future handyman needs!"

""I had a fantastic experience with this company when my front door lock broke. Ricky the technician arrived promptly, was courteous, and explained everything clearly. He quickly identified the issue, repaired the lock on the spot, and even gave me tips on how to maintain it for longer life. The pricing was fair, and I felt reassured knowing my home is secure again. His professionalism and attention to detail really stood out — I would definitely call him again for any future needs."
To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
