I am a jack of trades independent contractor/ handyman with 10+ years experience. I am not a licensed plumber, licensed electrician, or licensed roofer. With that said it's easier to just tell you the things that I don't do. I do not do drain work, I do not replace electrical lines or panel boxes, I do not replace plumbing lines which includes water and gas, and I do not replace roofs. Aside from that I can do everything else, and have the tools to do so.

"The guy we bought our house from three years ago told us that the skylight in the breezeway he built had "a little leak." that little leak turned into a BIG leak after a couple of years, so we had a local handyman come out to fix it. Paying him well, the leak quickly became a major leak again. I contacted Joe at Cambidge Home Improvements. He came out two or three times to assess the construction and to develop a solution. He submitted a reasonable quote for the work and told me it would be late Autumn before he could get to it. Instead, in August, he gave me a call & told me that he could start work immediately. He & his crew arrived on time, and estimated four or five days to do the work. The work took about six days due to unforseen issues (and due to my purchase of the wrong door in advance.) The job was completed and they did a really great job, even leaving me with touch up paint & suggestions for updating the finishes in the room. And all of it within the quote. Great job, guys"
