"Bob reached out to me within a few hours of my post, which was on Saturday night. I didnt expect anyone to honestly be available until after Labor Day Weekend. Bob was at my house at noon on Sunday, fixed the problem, by actually showing me the malfunctioning pieces and explaining why that was happening. I was very impressed that someone took time from their busy schedule to make sure the customer understood the issue and was content and confident in the resolution.
