The sill plate, several joists, parts of the plywood sheathing and siding needed to be replaced. They undertook the work immediately and once started, worked every day until it was done. The quality of the work was excellent and they explained what they were doing and why. The price was very reasonable for the work and the time they put in, and they also worked with the insurance adjuster, explaining exactly the extent of work that needed to be done along with price estimates (they suggested that the work might be covered by my homeowner's policy). I would and will hire John again if I have work that needs to be done on my house."
