"We are in the process of a refinance and had our home inspected by the VA and a pest inspector. The pest inspector found 2 issues that needed to be repaired. He gave us an estimate, so we decided to shop for a contractor. Sergpro came in with the lowest bid. It was not only the lowest, but they accually did more than what was required.
