He put new screens on our backporch, replaced siding and painted our backyard barn, and installed heat tape on a long run of water pipe running through our unheated attic. All jobs were wonderfully completed. He repaired some plumbing joints that had not been properly done by a plumber formerly. He communicates well, is prompt in coming to our home.
