"Geo is a great guy. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after he had done a very fine job of organizing and cleaning my kitchen and bathroom, he fell at home and broke a rib. I myself am not well. Geo left the project unfinished. He is having trouble with his workload at this time and cannot return to finish the projects he started. I think that once he gets his workload organized he would be a great person to do a major home clean up and some repairs. He is just having a tough time right now.l"

The project manager gave Alan a well deserved leadership position , so we had plenty of opportunities to see his skills when it comes to accomplishing specific construction tasks and solving problems . Alan is a focused , hard worker who is an efficient communicator (in Spanish and English) and able to adapt to changing circumstances when dealing with city inspectors and other workers. He is trustworthy and reliable. Since completing the ADU , we have hired him to complete some smaller projects on the property and he’s been great . So glad to have Alan as a contact.
