"I needed several different jobs done around my home. Jerry was able to take care of everything. He is a skilled carpenter and also The talented in other areas as well. He renovated my home office by creatively repairing a redwood entry door, patching and painting the room, hung a large flat screen TV, replaced a toilet in the bathroom as well as numerous other small fixes around the property. "Called Santiago remodeling due to a leak in the bathroom. After inspection he noted that the Sewer Pipes were leaking underneath the house. It turned out to be a major job. Santiago Remodeling replaced all of sewer pipes and clean water pipes as well. In addition I decided to remodel both bathrooms so I had him do it. I am very happy with his service. If I ever need any remodeling done in my house or in my rentals he will be the first person that I will call. I inspected the job everyday and saw that they really are professional. After the job was completed he gave me USB with all the video and pictures that he took before and after the job. I never in my life received any thing like that from other contractors and I have used several in the past. I give 5 stars for this company"

"My water heater blew and I have used Jamie to fix a few issues around the house. He explained to me over the phone how to turn the water heater off so the water would stop leaking. He came over right away to assess the problem, then went straight to Home Depot to buy a new water heater. Within a few hours, he had it installed and up and running. Jamie is definitely my handyman for life and I will be calling him for any problem big or small."
