"I was looking for a Junk removal service I connected with Homeadvisor online. James Zeno of Zeno Property Services LLC was the first to call and we made an appt that day December 6 ,2021 for him to come look at the job..we agreed on a price and he and crew came to start the job on December 7,2021 and he came at the time he said he would start. I was very pleased with the way I was treated thru out the process of eliminating memorable possessions from my home..as it can be stressful on a customer...James and crew made the process painless and I would give him a 10 plus stars if that was the rating system.I already recommended Zeno Property Services LLC to my relative.Thank u again James for your help and kindness thru out the process of removal of many many things.that I could not part with but knew I had to get rid of.."

"Steve is an excellent handyman. He was flexible to work with our busy schedule and arrived on time. Very soft spoken and respectful gentleman, I must say. "Overall Dino was a friendly and most importantly, knowledgeable handyman, who clearly deserves a 5 - star rating! All work was completed in an expeditious and effective manner. Dino installed 3 air conditioners, 2 solar post caps and completed several small jobs that needed repair. Suffice it to say I was very pleased with the quality of Dino s work. And his fee was fair. I highly recommend Dino to any individual in need of his services!"

"This person was a lifesaver! I had so many things around the house that weren’t working—the heater, thermostat, and a damaged kitchen pipe—and I also needed a solar panel light installed and my mailbox replaced. He took care of everything. I didn’t have a car, and he kindly picked up the supplies I needed and brought them to me, with all the receipts included. I recommend him without hesitation. He’s professional, honest, and someone you can trust for any handyman job."
