"Joseph and Jeremiah repaired our boys bathroom, installed a dehumidifier in the crawl space and replaced our outdated lighting. Thry were always professional and polite. They quoted us a price and it never changed. They were cheaper than several other quotes we received. They did a wonderful job and I love my modern floating vanity. "Hope did a deep clean at my house a few months ago. I was impressed with the cleanliness. She did an excellent job and is very meticulous. I now use her cleaning services bi-weekly. She carpet cleaned throughout the house and scheduled her to do all the windows. She did an awesome job. Eric and Hope make a great team. Eric gave me a free estimate to screen in my back deck and replace the steps on my front porch. His price was reasonable and he did quality work. I highly recommend them for any work you need. Both are reliable and trustworthy."

"Victor showed up as scheduled and cleaned the tile and grout in the kitchen and nook area as requested. It looks like new, my wife was VERY pleased with the results. You don't realize how dirty your tiles are until you see them after they've been cleaned. We opted to apply the sealant ourselves, but in hindsight should've just paid Victor to do it. My aching back. :) We would definitely use Guaranteed Services again."
