"I’ve used Solid Ground Property Services for many projects over the past 12 years, including waste hauling, yard care, tree removal, gravel and concrete driveway installation, and a full new roof installation. The quality of the work has been consistently excellent. Kaipo is dependable, honest, and very fairly priced. He shows up when he says he will, communicates clearly, and stands behind his work. During a long power outage, he even brought a generator to keep my refrigerator running, which really speaks to the level of care he shows his customers. It’s rare to find a contractor you can rely on for this many different types of work over such a long period of time. I highly recommend Solid Ground Property Services."

"Ramos Maintenance did an excellent job repairing and reinforcing a shower glass panel in our condo after a support bracket snapped. Andres clearly explained the issue, walked us through the solution, and completed the work efficiently and professionally. Communication was excellent from start to finish. He was very responsive, coordinated seamlessly with our cleaner, and was mindful of our guest check-in schedule. He even returned a few days later to remove the tape and confirm everything had cured properly, which really shows the pride he takes in his work. The workmanship was solid, clean, and done with great attention to detail. The shower glass panel now feels very secure and looks great. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of the work and level of service. I would absolutely hire Ramos Maintenance again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work in Maui. Mahalo Andres!"
