Santiago Remodeling replaced all of sewer pipes and clean water pipes as well. In addition I decided to remodel both bathrooms so I had him do it. I am very happy with his service. If I ever need any remodeling done in my house or in my rentals he will be the first person that I will call. I inspected the job everyday and saw that they really are professional. After the job was completed he gave me USB with all the video and pictures that he took before and after the job. He was running late because of an accident, and he texted me immediately to tell me that he would be late. I appreciated that. He also wore booties over his shoes in my house. I appreciate that as well. That told me that he cared about my house. I needed to have curtains removed so that the patio door could be replaced easily. He figured out that removing the track from the braces on the wall was easier than removing the curtain itself. His work was clean. He did a fantastic job. I would hire him again for any other work that I need!"
