"The job went very well. Todd responded quickly and scheduled the job. Technicians Andrew and Eric did a great job replacing the pipes, fastening them, replacing the valves, etc. They were very dedicated and worked through day and night in the cramped crawl space. They are also very personable and nice to work with. Very happy with the job and the staff."

"I'd give Home Hero 24/7 ten stars if I could. Todd was professional, knowledgable, and smart in his approach to getting my attic door functioning. He has a wonderful demeanor. His scheduler / administrator Melanie has been lovely to speak with as well. The springs of the attic door had been detached and the door did not have enough tension to stay closed. Home Hero 24/7 was one of 4 companies that I had asked about making the repair. Two of the other 3 companies would have gone with the more expensive option of replacing the door without even trying to figure out a way to reattach the springs. The third company would have charged me a significant amount of money to even come out and try. It took Todd under 20 minutes to get from his truck to my door, evaluate the problem, actually fix the problem, and speak with me about the next project I need completed.
