He is a remarkable technician, understanding exactly what we needed (in this case cabinet remodeling and replacement) and followed up ensuring that the work was precise and not only met our requirements but also ended up looing better than we had expected. He is meticulous in his work, but also highly sensitive to ensuring that everything he does leaves the area cleaner than when he began. "Bobby was incredibly professional, and did wonderful work. I had a shed that was sagging and had rotted wood. He skillfully replaced all the rotting wood with fresh quality wood, and completely rebuilt the barn doors - I now have custom doors on my shed! He also fixed a broken window pane and installed window sills to keep the wood from rotting again in the future. While he was here, he repaired my fence and also sanded down some doors for me so that I could repaint them. He worked outdoors during our coldest days of the winter: 7 degrees. And he worked when there was a foot of snow in my yard. Just shoveled himself a little path and set up all his work equipment. I couldn't believe he was so dedicated, and that he kept to his schedule despite the crazy weather. He also didn't let me pay him until all the work was done. This guy is a keeper!"

He's professional, a great communicator, has great attention to detail and has experience in so many different areas/can do a wide variety of projects (and if there's something he can't personally do/procure, he has a large network in the area that can help). His pricing is fair and the work gets done in a timely manner. He's helped us with the following: - interior painting (walls, doors, molding/trim) - refinishing of hardwood floors - kitchen remodel (new countertops, backsplash, sink/faucet, refinishing/painting of cabinetry, appliance install) - custom door install/replacement (including widening a doorframe) - outdoor shower repair - next up is staining our fence I don't think there's anything we've asked of Mack that he hasn't been able to do himself or outsource through another subcontractor. Whatever home project we have in mind, we'll always reach out to Mack for help!"
