"Rayne did an amazing job putting together my little boy’s 4-wheeler, motorcycle, pool, and trampoline. He worked quickly and professionally. He did not complain, find excuses, or involve me in the process. I gave him the items, and he put them together with no problem. He is very decently priced, which made the experience even better. He is friendly with a calm disposition, and he is a hard worker. In speaking, he told me he works in refrigeration and HVAC. As a single mother, I absolutely hate putting together big toys, so this has been a blessing for me. I also live an hour away from him, and he did not have a problem with it at all. 2 thumbs up. 5 stars. 10/10 would recommend. I will definitely be hiring him in the future!"

"I highly recommend Robert Johnson with Eastern NC Home Repairs! He responded to my inquiry right away and did an amazing job assembling my TV stand with an electric fireplace. He also mounted my LED lights perfectly on my wall. Robert was extremely professional the entire time, and I truly felt safe having him in my home — which matters a lot because there are definitely some questionable contractors in the area. His professionalism, quality of work, and prompt communication really stood out. If you need a dependable, trustworthy handyman, Robert is definitely the one to call!"

To measure the right size for a pet door, start by measuring your largest pet. The flap should be at least one inch taller than your tallest pet and at least two inches wider. It's also important to measure the step-over, which should be no more than one-third of your pet's height from the floor to the back.
Pet doors are safe when you implement proper security measures. Opting for models with locking covers or electronic controls—such as microchips or collar-activated sensors—enhances safety by ensuring only your pet can use the door. These features are especially valuable if you have young children or want to prevent stray animals and intruders from entering your home.
Pet doors can affect your energy efficiency by allowing outside air to enter and affect the temperature in your home. You can minimize this impact by choosing a high-quality, insulated pet door that's properly sealed and weatherproofed. Investing in energy-efficient models helps maintain indoor temperatures while giving your pet the freedom to come and go.
