"I'd give Home Hero 24/7 ten stars if I could. Todd was professional, knowledgable, and smart in his approach to getting my attic door functioning. He has a wonderful demeanor. His scheduler / administrator Melanie has been lovely to speak with as well. The springs of the attic door had been detached and the door did not have enough tension to stay closed. Home Hero 24/7 was one of 4 companies that I had asked about making the repair. Two of the other 3 companies would have gone with the more expensive option of replacing the door without even trying to figure out a way to reattach the springs. The third company would have charged me a significant amount of money to even come out and try. After reading that review, I realized that this was someone who didn't understand the process of construction and repairs and most likely tends to complain frequently. It was the only negative review so I took a chance and hired Andrew. I am so glad I did. Andrew was so easy to work with. I own this rental home, but live 2,600 miles away. I was able to communicate effectively with Andrew via email, texting and Facetime. Andrew was clear about what needed to be done. I made payments through Paypal and at the end of the project, I traveled to Covington to see the results. I was very impressed by what I saw! Everything was done professionally and on time. Andrew went the extra mile to do some minor jobs that were not in the bid, but he did them anyway. I have remodeled several homes in the past and I know a good job from a bad one. This job was A+!!
